The initial appointment should be seen as an opportunity 

for us both to decide whether I would be a suitable

therapist for you to work with.

 

 

How Long is Therapy

 Counselling sessions will last 1 hour  each week. This may

be long term or short term . Short term therapy is

usually 6 sessions.

 

 

How Much?

 The initial session also known as the intake session will

cost £15. All follwing sessions will cost £40. I can

sometimes offer reductions to clients on a low income.
